Each custom pet portrait is carefully crafted. Because we only begin production after the customer has reviewed and approved the design, we cannot accept returns or refunds except in the cases listed below.

Cases where returns or refunds are possible

If the product is defective due to our responsibility (e.g., damage, printing errors), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for an exchange or refund.

Cases where returns or refunds are not possible

  • Cancellations after design confirmation and approval
  • Returns due to customer's personal reasons
  • More than 7 days have passed since product delivery
